Register Online (Please use for credit card payments only.  Otherwise, please print and fax a registration form.)

The deadline for pre-registration is February 22, 2008.  After this date, you may still register for the meeting on-site.

If you have questions, encounter any problems using the on-line registration software, or if you do not receive a confirmation showing that the payment was successfully processed and indicating a zero balance, contact Angela Nelson, Program Assistant, at 202-682-8195 or nelsona@api.org.

Advance Your Standards
Your participation keeps API standards going strong, and we would like you to share your standards expertise with the next generation.  API invites you to sponsor first-time attendees from your company complimentary at all API 2007 standards meetings.

Complimentary registration is limited to first-time attendees, who must be sponsored and accompanied by a prior API standards meeting participant from the same company.  Pre-registration is required.  All hotel and travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant/attendee.

Sponsorship/Exhibitor Application and Agreements

Sponsoring or exhibiting at the COPM Standards Meeting is a targeted, cost-effective avenue for connecting with customers that you might not reach otherwise. The deadline for returning Sponsorship/Exhibitor Applications and Agreements is February 11, 2008.  Sponsorship items requiring artwork should be returned by February 1, 2008

Hotel Information

Reservations may be made directly with the InterContinental Dallas by calling 972-386-6000 no later than 5:00 pm, local time at the hotel, Feburary 18, 2008. Please mention the API 2008 Spring Committee on Petroleum  Standards Meeting to receive the group rate of $175 single or $195 double occupancy, plus applicable state and local tax and occupancy charge. After February 18, hotel reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the group rate for a limited time. Rates apply three days prior to and after the dates of the meeting.

Spouse/Guest Program

Breakfasts will be provided Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings, 8:00 am - 10:00 am for registered spouses.  In addition to breakfasts, other activities are being planned as follows:

Monday:  Scrapbooking
Tuesday:  Cooking School
Wednesday:  Field Trip to Corsicana
