Voluntary Partnerships in GHG Emission Reductions

 
 

Petro-Canada strongly supports the Voluntary Challenge and Registry (VCR), a non-profit partnership between industry and governments across Canada with a mission to promote voluntary action in GHG emissions.

Petro-Canada was among the first to join a non-profit partnership between industry and governments to promote voluntary action in greenhouse gas emissions. Petro-Canada's 2002 Report in Support of Canada's Climate Change Voluntary Challenge & Registry outlines Petro-Canada's success in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, as well as the current and forecast emissions and energy efficiency indices.

The Voluntary Challenge & Registry (VCR) is a non-profit partnership between industry and governments across Canada with a mission to promote voluntary action in GHG emissions.
